ABOUT TCG ATTORNEYS

The firm was founded by Tapiwa Cecilia Gandidze in 2023. The idea behind TCG Attorneys was to start a law firm led by a black female with over 18 years post qualification practice experience, in a profession that is still very much male dominated. The main consideration that gave Tapiwa the courage to take the plunge and set up a law firm was the recognition by her peers (mostly male) as one of the best labour lawyers in South Africa for consecutive years.

Led by our founder Tapiwa, we bring a wealth of experience to the table, enabling us to handle all manner of legal matters in the specified fields with ease. What sets us apart is our accessibility, the realistic turnaround times which will be agreed upfront, as well as a personal touch. We will handle from the simplest to the most complex legal matters, and anything in between. We will ask the difficult questions to ensure we fully comprehend the context so that we can achieve the best outcome for the client in every situation. Even though one cannot win them all, we are driven by the fact that a client’s win is our win too.
