The Promotion of Administrative Justice Act (PAJA) was enacted inter alia to ensure that administrative decisions are lawful, reasonable and procedurally fair. On the one hand TCG Attorneys are able to advise those making administrative decisions to ensure that they do not fall foul of the law. On the other hand, if you are a victim of unlawful, unreasonable and procedurally unfair administrative action, we can assist in challenging such decisions and getting redress.
